Is my data private?
Yes. All your thoughts and data are stored locally on your device. We have zero access to what you type.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → select VOID → Cancel Subscription.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open VOID → swipe up to access The Vault → tap the upgrade prompt → tap "RESTORE" at the bottom of the paywall.
Does VOID work offline?
Yes. VOID works 100% offline. No internet connection is required to use the app.
Can I export my data?
This feature is planned for a future update.
Is VOID a therapy app?
No. VOID is a stress relief and emotional expression tool. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care.
