1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VOID ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

VOID is a digital catharsis tool that allows users to type negative thoughts and destroy them through interactive tap mechanics. The App stores all data locally on your device and does not transmit any user content to external servers.

3. Disclaimer — Not Medical Advice

VOID is NOT a medical device, therapeutic tool, or substitute for professional mental health treatment. The App is designed for emotional expression and stress relief only. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

VOID offers a free tier with limited daily usage (3 destructions per day) and basic features.

4.2 Premium Subscription ("The True Void")

The premium subscription unlocks unlimited usage, full analytics, complete history, and biometric security features.

4.3 Subscription Plans

Yearly: $39.99/year with a 7-day free trial
Monthly: $6.99/month
Lifetime: $99.99 one-time purchase

Prices are in USD and may vary by region based on Apple's pricing matrix.

4.4 Free Trial

The yearly subscription includes a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the subscription price.

4.5 Billing

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.

4.6 Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial periods.

4.7 Restore Purchases

You can restore previously purchased subscriptions using the "Restore" button available in the App's paywall screen.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App
Interfere with the App's security features

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with VOID are the property of Zore AI. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

VOID is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to emotional distress, data loss, or device issues.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
